Used to work for RAC.

Although I have never worked for Aarons, I worked for their competition RAC. Even at the end of the rental/lease agreement the merchandise has to be serviced. That is one of the few benefits of going rent to own, I am sure if you complain to corporate they will just give you a different monitor of equal size and type.

Find out who the RM (Regional Manager) is and contact him, if the store you are dealing with will not give you the info contact the next closest Aaron's and get it from them. Explain to the RM how much money you have spent over the years and how you plan on doing additional business if they can take care of this simple problem.
