Help us make it rightAt the store in edison nj they are so unprofessional and showed me and my family no courtesy whatsoever. I was one week behind on payment and instead of establishing some line of credit or payment plan they decided repossess the tv that I have made 6 consecutive payments on time. I was under the belief that if I fell behind a week I would be given a grace period to make a payment arrangment and continue with the contract. The representative that showed up and my house was very abrasive and short with me and gave me no option to remain a customer. Customer service so far has been below expectations and that is why I can no longer deal with this company. Unfortunately due to my experience I no longer will be doing business here nor will I be referring anyone to this company. For forty dollars you guys decided to burn a bridge with a customer which in my eyes is petty and bad business practices.
Friday April 6,12 we went to Aaron's in Edsion at first they were very nice to us but, when we first walk in we couldn't even hear ourseleves think or talk because they had very loud music blasting. There was just a bad vibe to the store. After two hours being there the store manager lost his temper on my mother and one of the co-workers threw the folder containing our documents at me and my little brother who is only 14. They threaten to call the police on us if we didn't get out of the store we didn't even know what we did. We tried to apologize for whatever we did but they didn't want to hear it at the end of all this they canceled our order and now my mother and brother have no beds or furntiure for their house. They had no right doing what they did make my little brother and me cry. I hope that this review will convince you not to go to AARONS. When you are a single parent only trying to do good for your children and your lives.
verry kind and friendly staff who are always willing to work something out... prices can be a bit much over time but the luxary of having stuff now vs later is definitely worth the pay off!!
