The apartments need serious updating/care. When I moved into my apartment, the lock on my window was broken. I called the Manager to let them know and instead of fixing or replacing my window/lock, he simply rigged it with a screw kit to keep it shut. Now, if there is a fire or something, I'm going to have to spend 5 minutes just trying to get the thing off there to open my window. Not only...
