THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING COMPANY IN CHICAGO!!!
If you want total unprofessional service THEN THESE ARE THE GUYS FOR YOU! It took this company over 36 hours to make a 15 minute trip. the movers damaged all my furniture and said make a claim which they refused to honor. I have them in claims court. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
I have not dealt with many moving companies and i suppose this is part of the problem. I was given a quote over the phone which i thought would be the amount when the move was finished. The amount that i was told i owed at the end of the move somehow had tripled!!. At that point there wasn't much i could do but pay. I felt very intimidated by the movers who were waiting. They also did so...
My wife called aaron bros. and scheduled our move for today i had no idea who these guys were when they showed up. I knew she scheduled someone but i had no time to research a mover. Shana(my wife) Insisted that these guys were quick and trustworthy, they moved my mother In-laws furniture warehouse from time to time in the 80's.
The service was horrendous.They were lazy and very sloppy with our things.Tried to turn a less than 2 hour move into 4 hours and denied the price we were quoted.Moved half of our things and never came back which caused us to get other people to finish the job the next day.Very unprofessional and I recommend that no one use this company.Definitely not worth the money spent.
