The staff is always incredibly helpful. We received excellent service when we had a wedding photo framed. They carry super cute decor items as well.
They've done a good job with my custom framing. My only complaint is that they are usually understaffed. Even on a busy day, there are only one or two people working. So, if someone is being helped with a custom order and you just want to buy a five dollar frame and get out of there, you may sit at the cash register for 20 minutes waiting.
Went to this store because it was closest to have our engagement photo framed. We went all out, double matting border, museum, glass, it was $500. I had no idea framing could be that expensive but it's for our engagement photo so spared no expense on this one. Picked up the frame the first time and there was a big glue smudge on the frame that couldn't be fixed without damaging the wood. 2...
Don't waste your time with AARON BROTHERS, unless you are prone to paying top dollar for a magic marker. Their framing service is poor. They have LOST several of the pieces that I have brought into their stores. I tried a different branch, and the same thing happened. I don't know how they stay in business.
