Best Shop Ever – After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decided to have my wifes 2009 Grand Caravan towed to Aamco in Puyallup. Actually, they towed it for free. I knew it needed transmission work, because it wasn't shifting up out of 2nd gear. They did some diagnostic stuff, which was also free, and found that the solenoid pack for the transmission was not operating properly. Best Shop In Puyallup Award – I have nothing but praise for these good people. This was the best shop I have ever been to. I was treated very well and was given way more information than any other shop ever gave me. Everybody went way out of their way to make me be completely informed and comfortable with the repairs that were needed. I liked that a lot.I give this shop my highest recommendation in all ways. Way to go above and beyond any and all expectations we had. Thank you so much and we will be coming back.

GREAT SHOP DESERVES HIGHEST HONORS – My crew and I broke down just outside of Puyallup, WA in our 1997 Ford E250 van. We travel around the country servicing Malls with their lighting needs and it takes it's toll on our van.

The owner, Kurt, went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of while our van was being worked on, and got us fixed up without any delays to our tight schedule.

Thanks for being so honest – My 2004 Chevy 4x4 truck wasn't shifting right and I took it to 2 other shops on the South Hill before I took it to Aamco. The first 2 shops tried to tell me that the whole transmission needed to be rebuilt, and wanted to charge me over $2400.00 for the work. When I called Aamco, they explained that the shifts are controlled electronically in my truck and that they would check everything out for free. The other 2 shops charged me for their opinion.
