I bought all my appliances (All of them Viking) and extended warranties for my new house in KK&B and my Viking refrigerator has been a nightmare since year one! Called Kiva and did not received any help or guidance and then called the warranty people (a warranty they sold me) and it was worst. I spent a ton of money in their store the post sale service is the worst.

I would not recommend them.

Just had a horrible experience with the Kiva in San Antonio. After spending months trying to get a full Wolf/Sub Zero kitchen from Kiva my wife finally got a hold of the rep she was working with and was told that she probably should just go somewhere else because it was just too hard to get the accounting right because they were just bought out.
