Avoid This Business in my opinion

In my opinion Do NOT order from this company! We ordered our flooring and payed the deposit and they set an installation date which they missed three different times over a month. Once they said they couldn't install because they used our floor on another client site. This is part of the email they send concerning the inability to meet the date.

"I have just finished up with our ops manager and my boss on our schedule and where we are with your floors. They are super busy back there and the material designated for your order was used to fill an existing order we were in a push on. The reality of this is that it looks like it may be another 2 weeks or so before they will have your floors made and ready."

After the 3rd cancellation they didn't even supply a reason. They stopped returning our phone calls and we were forced to go to their office just to get a response. They finally gave us our deposit back and we went with a company that got the job done in a timely fashion. In my opinion if you want wood floors in your house do not choose this company!
