I love this store. Everyone was so nice and helpful. This is the way stores were in the old days. FULL SERVICE! It is true they specialize in "Simplicity" vacuums and the one we purchased was awesome. Much like the one we purchased for my son in college. The good news is that AAA Vacuum is an excellent shop for repair and cleaning of vacuums. Their "tune up" price is excellent and they always seem to give you accurate repair estimates. The bad news is that when I first went to the shop to buy a vacuum, I was told that the Simplicity brand was the best and encouraged to buy that brand.
