I currently reside in one of the parks that AAA homes owns. I have been called a liar...by both management and Sherri in the office at AAA homes. I am a respiratory therapist by trade and have never had my character so shamed by anyone. I would prefer they ask the pics who their good tenants are. Make sure that everything that you agree to is in writting!!! Make sure that when you move into the home everything is in good working order. Including the outside central air unit. They put used units on both new and used homes so make sure in writing that yours was surviced the spring you buy the home and get it in writting! Beware that there are alot of rules for the lot you will be in that...
