I called these people up when my heat went out. Instead of being helpful, all I got was attitude. They refused to discuss pricing on the phone - "We don't work like that." They were going to come out, but here's the catch - there was going to be an automatic $75 fee PLUS tax just for coming out here and telling me how much more they wanted to charge.
