The AAA Delray location is a waste of time if you are in the market for auto or homeowner insurance. So far, I am waiting 8 days for a simple quote on each after making a special trip to this office with all my paperwork. All they had to do was compare and present. Went with another vendor. In the past the staff has been terrific, this time the individual I waited to see was a person who could only offer me maps. All she did was stamp the cities I requested information about with a circle. I honestly do not remember her name, but she only wanted me to make hotel reservations. Very disappointed.
