No company that truly values their business and customers should ever use this transportation company. I'm reluctant to continue to do business with the company that shipped my packages, if they will continue to send my packages through AAA Cooper. This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

We shipped a total of 6 pallets on two different orders and both shipments were crushed, boxes torn and leaning off the pallets. Of course, the shipments were refused by the consignee which were going to a forwarder for an International destination. All that said, it's on our dime to have returned to the original shipper. Who can afford to do business with these folks? Not us. Good luck to...
