Do not bring your loved one here. Some of the nurses are very kind and take care of your loved one very well. Others are rude and need to find a job where they do not have human contact. Some of the staff treats the individuals as if they are barn animals. I came and waited 2 hours for food to be brought to my loved one and it never came. No answer to why but it happens every single day.

I was charged $367.50 for replacing two electric hot water heating elements (plus thermostats but as best I can tell they come with the heating elements). Citi bank did not send my US$2500 check back when they reeject me to open a easy checking .

On Dec.28 I tried to apply citibank " online " easy bank account . So, I sent US$2500 check to citi bank. HOwever, they reject me . HOwever, they never return my check . I called so many times and they just told me " it was processing " .
Till now, I still did not get my check back.
