City inspection needed finalizing for the 3rd time after Church services installed a HVAC system in my condo. When I called to set the appointment I reminded them 2 times to bring extention ladder because as they should be aware the ac unit is on the roof of the 2 story condo. Called for repairs. Said they would call back and let me know if someone could come same day or if it would be next day. They never called.
I called back - took three calls. They said someone would be here next day. Repair person never showed up and never called.
