Terrible experience. I was convinced by their tow truck driver (via AAA) that they could service my truck since my regular auto mechanics were booked 2 weeks out. They ended up charging me over $200 to tell me that the problem was what I had already told them was the issue and then they said they couldn't even fix the problem because their mechanic wasn't available, after I was told by the tow tuck driver that they had a specialist that could fix anything. They at least were willing to tow my truck to another mechanic, after some coercing on my part, but not until after they charged me over $200 for not doing anything. I took a chance on this place because the tow truck driver was nice and accommodating at the time so I wanted to give them business. It ended in bitter disappointment. Not good business.
