You tell them a price you are expecting for an item you are selling them (350-400) and the man on the phone says ok we'll pick it up saturday, then 2 weeks later they call and tell you they will give you 15-20% (60.00) of the price you discussed when they could sell it for 2x the original price discussed (800 for the same thing on their sales floor).
