AA came out fast last September (2007)- no problem about that. However, the technician (Dale Abramowski) checked my outside AC unit and said that everything was ok. I paid more than $200. However, the problem was not fixed. I did not call them back because the weather got cold and we did not need the AC. I had other contractor who fixed my problem doing some basic Voltage checks( he replaced the part that was defective). I would have expected AA to be more thorough and not be worried about the quarters of hour spent at my house.

I called at 9:00 pm on Saturday night when my furnace failed. Tom T returned my call within a few minutes. He headed right over to the house and arrived in about 40 minutes as he estimated.
