What type of business give you attitude before a hello? The person who answers the phone acts as though she owns the place and even if she does isnt customer service a big part of well...... Customer service? She didnt want to answer my questions and kept responding with what are you asking me. She mis-informed me in many ways therefore once it was time for me to leave I was screwed and stuck making me miss work. Only way I will ever give this place another call is if I were to waste their time as they have waste mine!
Worst service ever. Customer service is so bad. Someone needs to come in an start another taxi service in Denton and put these guys out of buisness. They are so rude. You have to call 1 hour ahead of time to get anywhere on time. ughhhh
Called to try to reserve a cab for a guest and was treated so rudely. Apparently if you check Yahoo! reviews there are horror stories of service. I'm not surprised given the terrible treatment I just received. Sorry for trying to give you business, AA. Trust me, I won't make that mistake again.
This is by far the worst Taxi service there is. Me and my boyfriend were in Denton and we called this cab service to pick us up. At first the guy told us that it would be about 45 minutes before the Taxi would get there, we said ok and waited.
