He arrived early, quickly determined what needed to be done and then did what it took to resolve the problem. When he was done, he looked at some of my other plumbing-related issues and advised and assisted me with them.

I was starting laundry on Saturday morning, during those really cold days. We had ice in our pipes and the washer had backed up, leaking water all over our floor. I was in a panic and A1 came out within an hour. He was very nice and broke out the ice, so I was able to do laundry and stop stressing.
