Worth 5 stars, but he didn't actually do any work! He explained that his router system might damage my outdoor garden sub-drains (thin walled plastic pipes) and recommended another company that uses hydro to clear drains. Kept it safe and gave a lot of information. Very knowledgeable, very nice, arrived promptly, wouldn't take a dime.
