Made an appointment and waited. When I called back they said they didn't have my appointment but they found me in the system with my address even though I never used them before. Idiots here

I was renovating my kitchen on a small budget. I went to A-1 Maytag and found a NEW stainless steel GE profile gas cooktop at 1/3 of the price of the same one at one of the top Home stores. The owner even gave me tips on the installment instructions. Will definitely use them again!
