The Technician, Al, was polite and fixed my refrigerator in 1 hour. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job! I was so impressed with his work. My fridge is working perfectly now. I will call this company for all my repair work.

Do not even bother calling. The woman answering the phone needs alot of training. They are confused by thinking they are in the appliance business, in any service business you are in the customer service business.
