Yes the staff are friendly, unfortunately if something goes wrong you have to deal with the owner Richard. I left my Tiffany engagement ring have the setting checked after it became lose after a fall. The ring is a traditional knife edge signature tiffany setting. When I picked it up the knife edge had been polished down and the ring left very thin. I called to express my disappointment. I...
