Jim is the guy you want to clean your dirty dryer vent! A true professional with years of experience. He was on time and explained exactly what needed to be done. Before starting he measured the air flow from at the dryer lint screen to insure there was an improvement when he completed his work. My wife and I have been using Vent Safe for 5yrs now. It is amazing to see what gets trapped inside your vent. We called Vent Safe and they came out and showed us why we were having issues with clothes not drying. What they pulled out will amaze you. They are very professional,courteous,and timely. We have to give them 5 stars. Our dryer has never been more efficient!
