It took them 5 hours to clean my carpet.! The equipment malfunctioned and they used a steam cleaner like you would rent from the grocery store to clean my carpet. The machine damaged my carpet and the carpet was soaked when they left. The owner refuse to take any responsibility for anything. I do not recommend this company.
