Horrible customer service.. Rude Staff.. Follow up on issues were non existent. Had to call several times to get work update on unit that needed repair.

The repairman walks in and looks at my TV and says he doesn't work on projection TV's, but on the workorder it says we have a projection TV. Then he says it will be $450.00 to repair it. We were told by the owner it would be between $125.00 to $250.00. I called the owner and asked why he would send a repairman to diagnose my projection TV that doesn't work on those TV's. I have been Dealing with ATS for 10 years and have had a couple of thing NOT WORTH REPAIR but it happens, For the most part they have fixed everything I have brought them and they are honest about it. Within a month I took two TV's in. Both were out of warranty but under 2 years old. Paid 55 bucks up front each time. Both situations rendered a phone diagnosis of "" Bad Display-not worth the expense to repair"". I certainly would not take a TV here that is out of warranty. I believe there is a previous review with an in-warranty experience. Good Luck
