Unfortunately I couldn't give less than one star.I have rented a unit for about 1 year and the business was quick to meet with me, sign a contract and take my money. Poor Customer Service

I have rented a unit for about 1 year. The business was quick to meet with me, sign a contract and take my money. That's where the customer service ends. They give new meaning to the term ""Low Overhead"".

A Space Place does not send out renewal reminders, you are on your own and god forbid you misplace your rental contract as I did because you will be in limbo until you can locate it.

They have two phone numbers, one for new customers and one for existing customers. Wonder why? Let me tell you.

The phone number for existing customers will only get you an answering machine. ...
