Does not return phone calls for replacement parts after spending $6000.00 on a spa Now Phone calls do not go through. Are they going out of business? VERY POOR SERVICE. People there do not care about anything.

I did a lot of shopping around before I went to SpaWorld. That was the last stop I had to make. What a great shopping experience! a Beautiful large showroom with well displayed products.
