Having been losing water pressure for sometime, I called A Ruppert Well. Chip (Owner) came out and inspected well and told me I needed a new well that was deeper to solve the loss in pressure problem. Odd business model to drill wells and then not want to service them when troubles arise. I called with a loss of pressure problem and they sent a guy out in the late afternoon (hopeful sign of good customer service) to check the electrical hoping for an easy fix. When that tested okay, the understanding was they would come out the next day to figure out the problem and get it running. Never...
