Although I hired A+Quality Construction, they actually used RJW Mechanical to do the work as a subcontractor, which I thought was a little weird. I rated the Timeliness Good because the servicemen had vehicle trouble and was late. However, the business had called and informed me of the problem and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Since I had made arraigned to take the morning off from work. I asked them to keep the appointment and get there as soon as they could.
