Breach of Contract, Had A-Professional install 3 heating units. The first floor heating unit was contract for larger BTU then other 2 units due to the fact 1st floor heats the basement area. Incorrect diagnostics almost cost me

Needed AC serviced. From local phone book found their ad. No negative reviews that I could find. Serviceman sent lacked experience as his diagnostics was incorrect. Ended up using another firm that resolved my issue and did not just try to sell me a new AC unit. No replies from their management regarding my messages either.
