Sara G. did not provide us the opportunity to investigate her complaint before she began posting deragotary information about the company on social networks. Our instructor firmly denies that she was in any way rude to the student, and she affirms that many of her questions and/or statments during the drive lesson were taken completely out of context by the student and Sara G.

My daughter just came home from her driving lesson the so-called ""instructor"", Sharon Robinson, was completely unprofessional, verbally abusive, and just plain mean. My daughter arrived for her appointment five minutes early and ready to drive. This was her second drive time class and we had been practice driving almost every day and night. The first instructor she had at her first visit wasn’t there. He was a gentleman that did not give his name, however was polite and informative.
