A Plus's David had a plan to update my Window's XP to 7 without losing any programs by way of Vista however, in the interim, I procrastinated and caught a crypto locker virus. I had an earlier issue with my hard drive but Allen manually backed up my hard drive to a Seagate and both David and Allen catching the crypto virus early, saved most of my files. THANK YOU!Toni
