If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Four years ago, I had my wedding dress "cleaned and preserved" by A Plus Cleaners in Walla Walla, Washington.
I took my wedding dress out of preservation this week to loan to a friend and discovered that they STAPLED my lace dress to the cardboard frame.
Not only that, but they did not clean the dress, leaving a small spill on the front, which...

Awful. They required payment when I dropped off an item, then did not maintain record of my payment when I went to pick my clothes up. I produced the slip, but they wanted the full balance...
