Was in charge of small engine repairs, sales & service in the basement of Ace Philips Hardware 235 Delaware Ave. Delmar, NY
I was in need of a snow blower. Rob demo'd a Toro 24" 8HP 2 stage snow blower, that was explained it was manufactured in the Mid 80's 1985 guesstimate. and he thoroughly went through this snow blower. I purchased this snow blower under false information!! And...
