Our floors were old and very dark we had them sand off the old and put on a new finish. the floors look so bright and are new again. It feels like a new house. The final outcome is amazing. Very happy with how it all came out

Work was accomplished faster than expected. Repairs I expected to need on some boards were not necessary because the sanding and staining were good enough to hide the miscoloration. Team cleaned up and also replaced some broken quarter round as a last minute request.. Pricing reasonable.
