Do not use this repair service. March 5, my husband called this repair service and Rich the repairman, came to our house, looked at the refridergator and said the repair would require special order parts. My husband paid and that was the last we saw of Rich the repair man. At first Rich said the parts were on back order, after waiting 3 weeks I investigated & discovered there was no back order....
