I learned the hard way to do research and not make a hasty call as I did when the lock on our front door broke. The technician put in a new lock incorrectly and the lock did not function after he left. When we called the 24/7 number to complain we were told they had no record of coming to our house. This was a $300 mistake that we're having to pay a REAL locksmith to correct.

DO NOT USE THEM! CHARGED 150.00 for a two minute job of unlocking my vehicle door! The guy kept telling me my insurance would reimburse me and that not many people were aware that insurances reimburse upto 2 lockouts a year!! LIES unless its in your policy!! STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! I had two comercial locks replaced, On the first one Ran used sheetrock screws in a metal door when the original screws fell out. The second lock fell appart within a month. Unable to get him to replace the lock even thou it has a 'Lifetime' Manufactures Warrenty.
