Help us make it rightI have been with them for 2 years now! I had a death in the family, and we were gone almost a month. I was late with the payment by 13 days. I sent the payment when we got back and called them. The girl at the collection dept. hung up on me. I spoke to a supervisor and explained my situation. I told her that when we left I did not take any of my bills with me. (it;s not something you're thinking about when your nephew of 17 dies!). She stated (very heartless) "well, there is nothing I can do your loan is in default, but I will let them know what happened and the rest is up to them". I cannot wait to finish the loan with them. All they care about is money. Their customer service sucks! it is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Good luck to anyone who gets involved with A-L Financial!
