We had a very poor experience. Our family had to field numerous calls re: service details because the funeral staff was uninformed. We also had to call the home to request the submitted obituary copy be run as submitted ----edits had been made without permission) We were constantly looking for a staff person during viewing hours in order to ask a question, and there was no one from the funeral home in the room during the prayer service, which caused confusion during the proceedings .
