Service was not good at all. Did not come to the house with a screw driver or a black trash bag....I had to provide both for $145 dollar job. I felt he was not honest. I have had trouble with my fireplace so I thought it was dirty and that would do the job. He got here and found that the fireplace was not dirty but he charged me the full amount $145 for doing practically nothing. I will not...

Woked done well, good price in combination with dryer vent cleanning. I will reccomend them to others.The work was done on time and it was as long as he had said it would be.

an hour late the service itself was fine. Thorough and explained how to properly use our fireplace. HOWEVER the price was $100 more than was originally quoted on the phone. I got the usual "we have a new girl" in the office excuse. I had hired a different company to clean the dryer and had cancelled because this company told me on the phone they'd do both fireplace and dryer for $145....
