Can you please post the SPECIFIC law that says you are allowed to pay your bill on the 30th of the month?

Dish Network is a ripp-off, they bombard you with commercialson just about every channel, every 10 to 15 minutesapart. They put extra channels on youraccount without permission and have you pay for them. They force you to pay your bill 12 days before thebefore the billing cycle, for example,  16th, instead of the 30th).. required bylaw.
