My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Rich; so much so that this is the 3rd review I have written for him. Our old house was very neglected, and the floors a shambles. Rich came in, looked at the floors and told us what to expect and quoted a very reasonable price (much less than replacement would have been). After he was finished, every visitor to the house made very dramatic statments...
