Service is old-school, so to speak. Everyone gets as much help as they need, no matter how long it takes. If the person ahead of you has lots of questions, it may be a while. But I can't fault them for that - it's better than hurrying people along, I suppose. Your mileage may vary, of course. Great selection of pens, and the old gentleman knows them backwards, forwards, and 5 ways to Sunday.
been there many times myself.... it's a unique place.... i tend to look around for awhile before asking for help... but i've never found a problem... incredible travel stuff, and pen/pencil sets.... staff so helpful to find the right set for a gift....
Went in to purchase a birthday present for my daughter. While quietly and patiently waiting for the man to service another custumer he not only did not acknowledge my presence but rudley told me I would "just have to wait" well duh, what do you think I've been doing. Will never go back there now. Would give it a zero because of that man.
