I know that we had problems in the past of our answering service telling customer that we would "call them shortly" even if no one was in the office, it was a week end or if we were closed. I hope that I have gotten this corrected as we have not had a complaint about call back times in many months.

Unfortunately, repairing some of the models of TV that are out there are not very easy and parts do come in that are wrong, defective or based on what the TV is doing should repair the problem but simply doesn't. I am sorry that you had a bad experience. You have stated that you have "insurance" on your TV. Unfortunately with a "warranty" you and us are at the mercy of the warranty companies time frame. In most cases this can take longer as some one at the warranty company has to authorize each step rather than the customer authrizing it. Bad Customer Service NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE‎, Never can get a hold of them, they will leave their answering service on 24/7. They never call back ever. They are H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. If they come out to your house to repair the TV, there will inevitably be a new problem by the time they are done.
