Storage units are extremely clean. All have indoor access. Appear to have good security. Helpful staff who will rent you a unit without creeping you out like at some other facilities (where do they find these people?). Also less than two blocks away from a MARTA stop. BUT.... the neighborhood is sketchy. …

I've dealt with plenty of horrible U-Haul rental places in the past: a large storage facility that gave me a truck with NO gas; a horrible-smelling "market" that operated a U-Haul truck business "on-the-side" complete with hired crackhead "security guards," a used appliances store that held up my reservation …
