I ordered some supplies from them, I spoke with Vlad and he said the follow ""I can almost guarantee"" the supplies will get to you the next day. I also asked him to send me a tracking number. NOTHING WAS DONE. The next day I waited for the UPS guy to show up and he didn't have any of the supplies. I called them up to get them to send a person to go get the supplies I ordered. They did NOTHING, they didn't take ANY responsibility as to the order being screwed up. All they would cop to is that their ""vendor"" screwed up.
