DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! ..my husband is currently deployed and credit card that was on automatic payments did not work for whatever reason and we received NO NOTICE that our storage unit was locked out. I had to find out by going to my storage unit and finding one of their locks on it. I called to pay the fees due and lady was very rude, not helpful at all. Told me she couldn't open our storage...

I tried calling them to pay my storage unit every month and could not ever get someone to answer the phone. After they never wanted to answer the phone they then charge me a fee cause i didnt pay in time even though i couldnt get them to answer the phone. The lady was so rude to me and wouldnt help me with anything. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
