My air conditioner went out late the other night (10PM?). Called and they answered, and were out to help the next afternoon. I called other, more well known companies, but there was at least a 3 day wait, including the 24/7 emergency repair help. Fixed the issue within an hour, and were well priced, no extra charges. Thanks guys!
